Her kan du se, hvordan man kan lave masker opbygget på ler :-)

Du starter med at forme en maske i ler. Det er en god ide at lægge flamenco i bunden for at leret ikke bliver for tykt og revner.

Så lægger du husholdningsfolie over masken og bygger videre på med tapetklister og papir. Det bliver hurtigere tykt, hvis man bruger mat indpakningspapir end med avispapir.

Når det er tørt kan du trække folien med masken af leret.

Hvis masken ikke er tyk nok, skal der lægges flere lag på.

Når masken er helt tør kan der males med akrylfarver.

One of the art towers on the island Langeland in Denmark. The longest exhibition of art. "Dialog" Encounter between two artists Topics for dialogue are the universal emotions, the elements and archetypes. The independently created masks to these universal themes face each other in the space of the tower. The installation is in permanent movement, in dialogue with each other and offers the viewer ever changing aspects of the encounter. The fool, the largest mask in the center of the installation is a collaborative work of Sabine and me, a symbol for the playful, but also the balance of all forces in this dialogue. A plan, a concept of installation, a technique of suspension, etc. was developed during the works, in the execution, then the space, the tower with its conditions, has introduced a substantial aspect into the installation. In our conception, the dialogue pairs were unambiguously assigned, we have also retained this aspect, the space has introduced the movement with its height and through the influencing elements, thus enabling a very moving dialogue. The perspective for the person looking in the room changes continuously. The dialog always starts with a unique "image" or constellation.
